Honest Motor have been committed to producing high-quality products and providing perfect after-sales service. Therefore, the quality checking before packing is particularly important. Our inspection mainly includes 3 steps: 

1.Appearance inspection.

2.Assembly quality inspection.

3.Motorcycle Testing line inspection. 

Today, our technical team will tell you in details about the the first step-Appearance Inspection.

Inspected by our technicians(usually by 3 different people) before assembly,during assembly,and after the assembly,the detailed parts are as follows:

1)The whole motorcycle status:

The configuration(specification)should meet the requirements of the production documents (also the customer's requirements).

2)Vehicle identification,engine and VIN code:

A:VIN and engine number: Coded at the required position with correct and clear number,and with same engraving depth.

B:Frame plate: with clear and correct content, correct installation position and good fit with the installation surface.

3)Plastic parts:

For details, please refer to NO.3 of "HONEST MOTOR QUALITY CONTROL 1: PLASTIC PAINTING CHECKING".

4)Stickers:

For details, please refer to the NO.4 of "HONEST MOTOR QUALITY CONTROL 1: PLASTIC PAINTING CHECKING".

5)Welding parts:

The weld lines must be uniform, flat.Leaking points,unstable points,weld penetrations,pores,cracks and welding slags are unacceptable.

6)Chrome parts:

The chrome parts must be uniform, flat, smooth, and full.Rust stains, peeling, bottom exposure, or burrs are unacceptable.

7)Engine:

The paint film is flat and intact.Scratches, paint peeling are unacceptable.

Any of above parts fail to pass the inspection of our technicians, it will be considered as unqualified product and must be repaired or replaced.
