In the previous article ( HONEST MOTOR QUALITY CONTROL 4 ), Honest Motor technical team showed you the second step of assembly quality inspection- Assembly quality inspection. Today, Honest Motor team will introduce the next step - Test line inspection.

The motorcycle test line test includes speedometer verification, acceleration performance and maximum speed test, front and rear wheel offset test, front and rear braking performance test, and headlight high beam intensity test.

1. Speedometer verification (sampling 5%)

The test line setting speed is 30km/h, and the speedometer display is between 30~37km/h, which is qualified.

2. Acceleration performance and maximum speed test (sampling ≥5%):

This test is based on different models and displacements, Here we take the 125CC street models as an example:

Starting acceleration (0-200m) ≤14S

Overtaking acceleration (30-80km/h) ≤13S

Maximum speed ≥80km/h.

3. Offset of front and rear wheels (100% inspection):

Deviation of front and rear wheel center line <±10MM.

4. Front and rear braking performance (sampling ≥5%):

This test is based on different models and displacements. Here we take 125CC street models as an example:

Front wheel braking force ≥400N

Rear wheel braking force ≥500N

5. Headlight high beam luminous intensity (sampling ≥2%):

A, single-light motorcycle ≥10000cd;

B, dual-light motorcycle ≥8000cd;

C, moped models (less than 50cc, max speed ≤50km/h) ≥4000cd.

Most of Honest models are equipped with single lights, and we only produce small amount of moped models for some special markets based on customers request.

After all motorcycles passed this test,we will put them in the packing area,then our workers will start to pack them,which we will introduce the details in next article.
