After all the motorcycles past the testing on Testing line(see HONEST MOTOR QUALITY CONTROL 5),we will pack them. So today, Honest Motor team will show you our standard of packing for SKD models.

1. Outer Packaging (Carton)

A. Material and Strength:

Must use A=B corrugated cardboard, meeting technical requirements for strength.

B.Craftsmanship and Dimensions: Must comply with technical standards, with precise dimensions.

C. Labeling: The design and shipping mark must align with order specifications, and ensuring its clarity and accuracy.

2. Inner Packaging (Steel Frame)

A. Material and Structure: The metal frame must be reinforced to make sure the safety and stability of secondary transportation(some of our customers are far from the local port,so they will use the truck to load the motorcycles to their cities,this requires stronger packing).

B. Dimensions: Must strictly adhere to technical drawings and standards.

C. Welding Quality: The metal frame must be free of incomplete welds, missed welds, or burn-through defects.

3. Operational Requirements

A. Securing Standards: The motorcycle and its accessories must be securely fixed to prevent movement during transport.

B. Completeness: Ensure the vehicle, accessories, standard parts, promotional materials (if applicable), and tools are complete.(missing, extra, or incorrect items are forbidden).

 4. Sampling Inspection (Minimum 2 Units per Container)

A. Carton Printing: Make sure the Logos and shipping marks on the outer carton matches customer requirements.

B. Comprehensive Check: Inspect all details as per the standards in sections 1, 2, and 3.

C. Non-Conformance Handling: If any non-conformities are found, a full inspection of this order is required.

After all motorcycles are packed well,we will put them in the loading area,our workmate will book the container in advance to load them.
